Terms and Conditions

  1. The terms and conditions here apply for all the reservations done on our official website www.ephesuspalace.com
  2. The guests can check-in the earliest 11.30 am and must check-out the latest 11.00 am. The hotel has the right to charge guests for an extra night if the check-out time is exceeded.
  3. The breakfast is served between 8.00 am until 10.00 am. The hotel is not obliged to serve breakfast after 10.00am even if the guest has already paid for it.
  4. The reservations made on our official website (www.ephesuspalace.com) must be paid in advance, and are not refundable.
  5. The reservations made on our official website (www.ephesuspalace.com) are not modifiable. (Except for the proven COVID-19 reasons, in which case the hotel allows modifications to the reservation up to 1 year.)
  6. Pets are not allowed at the hotel, except for the assistance pets (such as guide dogs).
  7. All guests have to show an official identification document with a photo that is recognized by Turkish government at the check-in. (i.e. Passport, Turkish National Id, International driving license)
  8. Ephesus Palace hotel has the right to change prices and apply promotions at any time.
  9. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guest room.
  10. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms or closed common areas, except for the balconies and the terrace in front of the hotel.
  11. The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter, or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules.
  12. All Disputes Subject To Selcuk, Izmir, Turkey Jurisdiction
